We are the only venue in greater Columbus that gives your child a musical and art journey during the birthday child’s special day.

Private Party Rentals

  • Private birthday party rental is $245.00 for up to 15 children.
  • $5.00 for each additional child.
  • 18% gratuity is required of all parties.
  • Includes 2 hours of play cafe access, music and an art activity.
  • Includes invitations (click here to create).
  • We provide balloon themed plates, cups, napkins & white table cloths & utensils. Beverages are available to purchase.
  • Food may be provided by the customer. No peanuts or tree nuts please.

    Best Part? No clean up! We want you to truly enjoy your child’s special day with us!

    Specially designed decorative hand made art pieces with your child’s name on it can be produced and taken home after the festivities. These are pieces of art that can be created by professionals that is different from the art/craft activity that we can include for the party. Fees vary upon detail and extensiveness.

    Private Party Rental Policies
    1. All children must have a liability release form signed by their parent or guardian if they have not been to this establishment before.
    2. Each child must have their parent or guardian stay for the duration of the party.3. All party participants and renters must vacate the premises within 15 minutes after the agreed upon rental time. $25 fee will be assessed after 15 minutes.
    4. $50 clean fee will be assessed for unreasonable clean up after the party has taken place. A walk through of the premises with the owner or employee will take place before the rental parties vacate the premises.
    5. Party participants will not occupy the space behind or on the front counters. This is the owner and employee work area only.
    6. If a party is cancelled and not rescheduled for a future date, the $50 deposit will not be refunded. We will issue a $50 credit for daily play admission. If a party is cancelled within 2 weeks of the planned event, no refund or credit will be issued.

Mini Birthday Party Sessions
Available during open play business hours only

  • $125 for one hour private use of the party room space
  • $6 play admission for each child that attends
  • 18% gratuity is required of all parties
  • A complete list of your birthday party guests must be provided in advance
  • Birthday Party child will receive a free play pass to be used at a later date

Mini Birthday Party Sessions Rental Policies
1. The party renter must provide a credit card to reserve the space. A $50 deposit is required 48 hrs. in advance. The deposit is refundable 7 days prior to the Mini Birthday Party date only.
2. The party renter is responsible for cleaning up and for any damages that occur to the space and items within the space during the birthday party. Renter is responsible for ensuring that the space is left clean and orderly. A $50 clean-up fee can and will be assessed if necessary. Setting up and cleaning up occurs within the allotted rental time. No early set up.
3. A $25 fee will be imposed (every 15 minutes) if the renter and party attendees do not vacate the birthday party room within the allotted hour rental. No exceptions.
4. Party renter is responsible to provide decorations, plates, cups, napkins, silverware, tablecloths (if not purchased is advance). Outside food is permitted as long as it it nut free. Outside food must be kept within the party room.
